Coffee Negroni
20-30 min
Ingredientes:
- 1l gin
- 1l vermouth rosso
- 1l campari
- 0.5l water
- 300g coffee into the basket
To finish:
Garnish with orange zest.
Elderflower
Sencha Collins
15-25 min
Ingredientes:
- 0,6l elderflower liqueur
- 0,6l vermouth bianco
- 1.5l gin
- 45g citric acid
- 1.8l of water
- a pinch of salt
- 105g sencha tea into the basket
To finish:
Top with soda water in a glass (40/50ml) & a lemon wheel.
Cold Brew
Old-Fashioned
60 min
Ingredientes:
- 5l whisky
- 300g coffee
To finish:
Dispense into bottles and serve:
- 60ml cold brew old fashioned infusion
- 10ml maple syrup
- Optional cacao bitters or angostura
Serve with ice, orange slice & cherry.
Espresso Martini
60 min
Ingredientes:
- 2.5l vodka
- 2l water
- 300g coffee into the basket
To finish:
Add a simple dark muscovado sugar syrup 1:1
(250ml syrup to per 1l beverage). Dispense & serve from the nitro tap.
Hibiscus Spritz
60 min
Ingredientes:
- 5l vodka
- 120g hibiscus
& pomegranate tea
into the basket
To finish:
Add simple syrup (100ml per 1l infusion), top up with soda water in a glass (100ml) or serve from the nitro tap.
Hola Papi
50 min
Ingredientes:
- 5l of tequila
- 100g lemon myrtle leaf
in the basket
To finish:
Top up salt rimmed glass with blood orange
juice, grapefruit topo chico, pinch of salt. Serve with lime wedge.

Rose & Jasmine
Bar Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 40ml of Rose & Jasmine
infusion * - 20ml of jasmine syrup
- 10ml of lime juice
- ≈140g of ice
- 100g of ice for serving
- 1g of rose petals

Presentation:
Wine glass or rocks glass. Ideally, use a single clear ice cube.
Coffee Americano
Keg Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1900g of Coffee bitter *
- 1900g of Red vermouth
- 5100g of water
- ≈140g of ice
- 100g of ice for serving
- 1g of rose petals

Presentation:
Americano is a relative of Negroni, but lighter and more drinkable. We add coffee and cinnamon to the bitter’s aroma to make the drink even more rounded and spicy.
Hibiscus & Lychee
Bar Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 45ml of Hibiscus & Pink pepper infusion *
- 30ml of Lychee syrup
- 15ml of Lime juice
- 200-250g of ice
- 1 or 2 pieces of Pink peppercorns (garnish)

Presentation:
Serve in a rocks glass. The drink has a twist on the sour with floral and tropical aromas.
