An aromatic spin on classic cold brew, you can offer lavender cold brew as an alternative product in specialty coffee shops or restaurants. The result is naturally refreshing, distinctive in flavour, and completely natural.

Grind the coffee to a medium-fine size (500 microns).
Combine the freshly ground coffee and lavender in the basket, then secure the lid.
Set the programme for 4 L and infuse for 40 minutes.
Not sure how to grind your coffee? No worries – just grind it slightly finer than you would for pour-over methods (like drip coffee).
