Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll be connected with one of our experts who knows everything about the product you’re interested in. They’ll work with you to understand your needs, and prepare the details of your order.
When everything is finalised, we’ll send you a file called a Purchase Order (PO). We need you to fill this out to correctly process your order and create a production schedule.
Once you submit the PO, we’ll then issue a pro forma for the full order value; the deposit is at least 50% of it's value. Once this is paid, work on your order will begin.
If you’re ordering private label cans, we’ll also need your unique label design. We can design it for you, or you can provide the design yourself using our guidelines and templates here.
After this, your order enters production. The standard lead time is 6-8 weeks, though it may depend on factors such as seasonality, order volume, and component availability.
When your order is nearly complete, we'll notify you to pay the remaining balance.
Based on the shipping method you chose in the PO, we’ll either provide you with the address and dimensions of the shipment to arrange a pickup, or we’ll handle shipping directly.
Within Europe, delivery usually takes a few business days. Outside of Europe, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, provided all customs clearance documents are properly prepared.

Once your PO is accepted, we will issue a pro forma invoice. Production begins after we receive the required deposit, which is a minimum of 50% of the order value.
