
A classic combination of vodka and tea, our Hibiscus Spritz recipe is perfect for cocktail bars, high-volume events, or restaurants. The result is a soothing cocktail that’s both colourful and incredibly refreshing.

Add hibiscus and pomegranate tea to the basket and close the lid.
Pour the vodka directly into the device chamber.
Set the programme to "No Water" and infuse for 60 minutes.
Add sugar syrup (100 mL per 1 L infusion).
Top up with soda water in a glass (100 mL) or serve from the nitro tap.
Don’t have a hibiscus and pomegranate blend? You can blend hibiscus leaves with dried pomegranate seeds!
