Smooth, flavoursome, and refreshing, our cold brew coffee recipe is perfect for high-quality coffee in less than an hour. It’s suitable for your coffee shop’s morning rush or as a luxury after-dinner drink.
Grind the coffee to a medium-fine size (450 - 500 microns).
Add the freshly ground coffee to the basket and secure the lid.
Set the programme for 4 L and infuse for 40 minutes.
Not sure how to grind your coffee? Just grind it slightly finer than you would for pour-over methods (like drip coffee).
Is this your first time making cold brew with the device? Use the preset programme called “Coffee.”
Don’t have a scale on hand? 325 g of coffee is roughly enough to fill the device’s basket.
Want your cold brew to have a higher TDS (total dissolved solids)? This recipe yields about 1.5% TDS. If you’re aiming for 1.8% TDS, set your programme to 3.5 L and infuse for 40 minutes.
