
A classic coffee cocktail, our espresso martini recipe is designed for high-volume batches for bars and restaurants to meet consumer demand.

Add coffee to the basket and close the lid.
Pour all spirits and water directly into the device chamber.
Set the programme to "No Water" and infuse for 60 minutes.
Once ready, drain the beverage into a container and add a simple dark muscovado sugar syrup (at a ratio of 250 mL syrup to 1 L beverage).
Dispense and serve from the nitro tap for creamy texture and foam on top.
Garnish with a few fresh beans placed on the top of the foam or a pinch of cinnamon!
