
This sweet and refreshing spin on the old fashioned is the perfect aperitif. With coffee’s complex flavour and whisky’s natural spice, it’s a sophisticated take on a classic cocktail.

Add coffee to the basket and close the lid.
Pour whisky into the device chamber.
Set the programme to "No Water" and infuse for 60 minutes.
Serve with 60 mL cold brew old fashioned infusion + 10 mL maple syrup + optional cacao bitters or angostura + ice, orange slices, and sweet cherry.
You can cut half an orange into quarters and crush it with a muddler in a glass before pouring the cocktail. This way, the orange will release its juices and essential oils.
