
A version of tea made from dried coffee fruits, cascara has a distinctive flavour profile of its own. You can offer cold brew cascara as a coffee alternative or an intriguing menu item for discerning customers.

Add cascara to the basket and close the lid.
Set the programme for 5 L and infuse for 20-30 minutes.
Want the cascading effect of nitro coffee for your cascara? Dispense it with CO2 gas to achieve the desired effect.
When using cascara, you need to choose “Other” programme on the device.
This recipe is for ground cascara. If you want to use natural cascara, use a 125-150 g dose and brew for 50-60 minutes.
