Cardamom Syrup

Use this recipe as a base for a range of cardamom-based cocktails, mocktails, or infusions to add a fragrant, herbal taste to your drinks.

You'll Need:

  • Water 550 mL
  • White sugar 500 g
  • Cardamom 20 g
  • Salt 2 g

Preparation instructions

Step 1

Combine everything in a blender.

Step 2

Blend until the cardamom is fully ground.

Step 3

Strain through a very fine sieve.
