Coffee & Cardamom (Keg Mocktail)
A well-balanced mocktail with coffee’s bold flavour and a cardamom aftertaste, this recipe is ideal for bulk preparation to serve throughout the day.
You'll Need:
- Coffee 7500 g (strength ≈1.8% TDS)
- Lime juice 375 g
- Cardamom syrup 1125 g
Preparation instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in the keg.
Serving:
Connect the keg. Set the temperature of the cooler. The mocktails should be cold. Encourage guests to pour it over ice.
