Horseradish Highball Bar Cocktail

A twist on the most popular Japanese cocktail, swap out classic spirits with a horseradish shot base for a rich, fiery Highball.

You'll Need:

  • Ice 140 g
  • Horseradish shot base 40 mL (recipe here)
  • Soda water 80 mL

Preparation instructions

Step 1

Fill the glass with ice.

Step 2

Pour the horseradish infusion over the ice, then add soda water.

Step 3

Gently stir.

Tip 1:

Ideally, use a single rectangular ice piece that fits the shape of the glass for serving.
