Preparation instructions

Step 1

Grind the coffee to a filter size of approximately 600 microns.

Step 2

Break the cinnamon sticks into smaller pieces.

Step 3

Place the coffee and cinnamon into the Hardtank basket, distributing evenly.

Step 4

Pour the bitter into the Hardtank.

Step 5

Set the programme for 50 minutes.
