After production, we ship your branded beverages direct to your business.
Start by filling in the Purchase Order according to the terms agreed between your company and Hardtank. At this stage, you can choose between selecting from our pool of ready-made recipes (Shop-to-go) or opting for a fully customized formulation tailored to your needs.
If you choose the customized route, our formulation service guides you through 3 to 4 rounds of sample development to create the perfect recipe. You’ll collaborate closely with our team until you approve the final version. A payment of €3000 per formula (SKU) is required for this service. Production will begin only if you approve the recipe and confirm your Purchase Order.
Provide your label design using the instructions and templates we supply. You can design the label yourself or use our graphic design service for €300 per SKU to create a professional look. Your approval of the label is required before production.
Once your Purchase Order is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total order value is due. After this payment, we begin manufacturing your private label products.
When your order is ready, we notify you immediately. At this point the remaining 50% balance is to be paid, and we notify you that the goods are ready for collection (EXW) or to being sent (DAP).
