Yes, you can infuse spirits up to 60% ABV. Just avoid using thick or sugary liquids, as these may damage the cold brew equipment.
The Baby Hardtank itself does not have a built-in nitro tap. To serve nitro cold brew, you’ll need a separate nitro dispenser, which we can also provide.
As default we recommend a permanent water connection, but you can use the Baby Hardtank manually or with an external pump. The “no water” mode makes it ideal for locations without a permanent water supply like events and festivals.
Not at all. The Baby Hardtank features automatic cleaning and sanitation modes that are easy to activate and help extend the machine’s lifespan.
No disposable filters are required. The Baby Hardtank uses a stainless-steel filter basket, making it eco-friendly and cost-effective.
